Client Work and Impact

What the work looks like in practice - and what specifically changes as a result.

Every case study follows the same structure: the situation before we started, what we did, and what specifically changed. We do not describe outcomes in general terms.

Oil and Energy Sector Organisation

Corporate | Cultural Intervention After Leadership Transition | Jul 2025

What changed :

  • A co-created commitment framework that staff themselves designed and owned

  • A series of staff-led initiatives to address the specific issues surfaced in the session

  • The leadership team received direct, honest feedback - many for the first time since the transition

The situation : A leadership transition had caused low morale and a breakdown of trust among 30+ operational staff. People were not speaking honestly with each other or with the new leadership. The organisation needed a targeted intervention - not a generic team-building exercise.

What ACP did : Designed and facilitated a workshop using mood meters, empathy mapping, and LEGO® Serious Play® to create the conditions for honest conversation. The design prioritised psychological safety before any substantive work began - people needed to feel safe before they would be honest.

National Health Insurance, Indonesia

Government / Healthcare | Counsellor Capability and Confidence | Sep 2025

What changed :

  • Improved self-awareness among counsellors about their own patterns and triggers in client interactions

  • Stronger peer connections that continued after the session

  • A set of co-created micro-practices that counsellors applied in their very next client interaction

The situation : 30 counsellors needed to strengthen their consistency and confidence in client interactions. The organisation needed a practical intervention - not a theoretical training that would not transfer to the job.

What ACP did : Facilitated a workshop using LEGO® Serious Play® and reflective dialogue to surface the real, on-the-ground challenges counsellors were facing - and co-create practical responses with them, rather than for them.

AIA

Corporate | Client Appreciation Event | Sep 2025

What changed :

  • Participants described it as one of the most memorable events they had attended

  • The Reflection Kit extended the experience beyond the event itself - participants reported using it with their families in the weeks following

The situation : AIA needed an event experience that was genuinely engaging and left participants with something meaningful - not just a pleasant afternoon.

What ACP did : Designed and facilitated an interactive workshop using LEGO® Serious Play® around the theme of meaningful family conversations. Each participant received a customised Reflection Kit as a takeaway - a tangible, personal output from the session.

PRIVATE Client

Individual | Personal Challenges | Mar 2026

What changed :

  • See the difference between how you lead at work and how your child experiences you at home

  • Leave with one clear shift to build a stronger, more connected relationship with your child

The situation : A private individual coping with child communication and relationship issues, therefore seeking change perspectives in managing work cum family commitment challenges.

What ACP did :Use LEGO play + Enneagram language to understand your patterns without blame or guilt
