About Aishah Hamid

"I have spent 15 years inside organisations going through change. I have been in the room when a leadership team agrees on a strategy and then watches it quietly disappear. I have facilitated sessions where the real issue only surfaces in the last 10 minutes - because it took that long to build enough trust for someone to say it out loud. I have seen change programmes that cost a lot and changed nothing, because the human side was never properly addressed.

I started Align Change Practice because I believe that change which does not reach the people doing the work is not change at all. It is a document. And I have seen too many good strategies stay in documents.

What I bring to every engagement is not a methodology - although I have several. It is the ability to create the conditions where people can be honest. Where the person who is usually quiet in the room gets heard. Where the real issue surfaces, not the polite version of it. And where what gets agreed in the room actually gets followed through on.

I work with organisations across corporate, government, and community sectors. I have supported more than 25,000 participants. And every engagement I take on is personally led by me - not delegated to a junior facilitator. If you work with Align Change Practice, you work with me."

How we work

THE ACP APPROACH

UNDERSTAND it

We do not write a proposal until we understand your situation. We do not run a session until we know what success looks like. We do not end an engagement without measuring what changed.

DESIGN it

We design every session to draw out the people who are usually quiet in the room - because the most important insights are often with the people who have the least power to speak.

WORK it

We work with organisations of all sizes - from MNCs with thousands of staff to NGOs with a team of ten. The approach is the same. The design is always specific to the context.
