Why I started Align Change Practice
“In 15 years of working inside organisations going through change, I kept seeing the same thing. The strategy was good. The training was well-designed. And then nothing changed. Not because the people were resistant - but because nobody had addressed what was actually going on for them.
I started Align Change Practice because I believe that change which does not reach the people doing the work is not change at all. It is a document. And I have seen too many good strategies stay in documents.
What I bring to every engagement is not a methodology - it is the ability to create the conditions where people can be honest. Where the person who is usually quiet in the room gets heard. Where the real issue surfaces, not the polite version of it. And where what gets agreed in the room actually gets followed through on.
